2. PVC marble slab description
PVC marble slab is a plate material extruded molding from calcium carbonate powder and PVC resin, with a surface treated with UV varnish. Through heat transfer printing technology, it is vacuum pressed to create a simulated natural marble pattern, achieving a simulation effect of over 99.5%. The color is bright and uniform, the surface is smooth, wear-resistant, and the hardness reaches 5H-7H. It is easy to clean, pollution resistant, BI grade fireproof, asbestos free, formaldehyde free, benzene free, and radiation free. It is an environmentally friendly product. Lightweight, 1/5 of natural marble. Product annotations should be used for interior decoration in construction projects.
There are three processes for the formation of surface patterns on PVC marble slabs: heat transfer printing, PVC film coating, and 3D printing. The heat transfer printing process and the PVC film coating process both involve high-temperature extrusion of the substrate, and under high-temperature conditions, the transfer film or PVC film is hot pressed onto the substrate to form a variety of marble slabs. The quality and effectiveness of PVC film marble slabs are better than those of transfer film marble slabs, and the price is slightly higher than that of transfer film products. 3D printing is the process of printing patterns onto a substrate, followed by two layers of UV paint treatment. The price is higher than that of transfer film and PVC film products.
